First group of students to achieve the ILM’s Level 6 Award in Management

UCP Marjon congratulate their first group of learners to achieve the ILM’s Level 6 Award in Management

UCP Marjon in collaboration with the Institute of Leadershipand Management are working to deliver professional qualifications within a higher education curricula.  Learners have undertaken these studies as part of their BA (Hons) Applied Progression Course (Leadership and Management) and were ecently presented with their certificates>

Boo White, Academic Lead in Leadership and Management and Programme Leader of the BA Progression Course commented:

‘I am delighted that these learners have achieved their first professional qualification within a higher education study environment and it is excellent recognition of the hard work which they have put into this new type of programme”.

Another cohort for these Level 6 Top Up studies will be starting in September 2012 and in addition other ILM professional qualifications which have been embedded into higher education studies  include the MA in Leadership and Management, Certificate of Professional Studies and BA Hons Accelerated Degree in Leadership and Business Management.

During their studies learners have commented upon the excellent teaching, supportive staff and programme relevance to enhance their employability.
