Ben is the British long course butterfly (23.10) and freestyle 50m record holder (21.86).

Rudd said: “The University of St Mark & St John is strongly committed to supporting and helping talented swimmers with one of the most comprehensive and innovative scholarship schemes in the world of elite swimming.”
Plymouth Leander head coach Jon will lead England’s Commonwealth Games swim team this summer.
