MOLU/Timetabling Clerical Assistant

0.55 FTE (24 hours per week for 40 weeks of the year)

 Salary: £8,917.46 - £10,199.37

   Pro-rata of £15,151 - £17,329

Applications are invited for the above post in the University College’s Open Learning team. The purpose of the role is to carry out a range of administrative duties in the Marjon Open Learning Unit (MOLU) office and to provide support/cover for the Timetable Unit.

You will have administrative experience and have worked on your own initiative running computerised and manual office systems. You will have experience of dealing with people, in person and on the telephone, in a confident and friendly manner.

You will need to be flexible; have a good working knowledge of word processing and other software packages, including email and electronic diaries; and have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

 Closing date: Thursday 28th June 2012 at midday

Interview date: Thursday 12th July 2012
