Research Background:

Thematic role processing in aphasia, pragmatic disorders in adults with right hemisphere strokes, communication impairments amongst residents in nursing homes,  clinical utility of published aphasia tests.

Research Interests:

Motor speech disorders, apraxia of speech, cllnical reasoning.

Teaching Areas:

Adult acquired neurogenic communication disorders, cognitive communication disorders, dysphagia, biology, cognitive neuropsychology, clinical skills.
