    The Armed Forces Sport, Fitness and Health Science course is designed to help army physical training instructors develop a critical understanding of the concepts, theories and principles of sports science, fitness and health. Simultaneously, the course leaders will help trainees get to grips with technical proficiency in practical application of sports science, fitness programming and managing and supporting health-related conditions.





    We run this course under contract with the Army Physical Training School and the modules are carefully designed to support and enhance your intensive six-month course. During the course, you’ll enjoy a healthy blend of theory, research, analysis and practical application.

Students will complete 3 modules:

  • Professional Development and Academic Skills.

  • Placement Learning-Integrating Theory with Practice 1.

  • Research and Analysis in Sport Health Science and Coaching.
