1993-1994 LEARN project Costa Rica Curriculum renewal, in-service training and textbook production
1994-1998 CRADLE project Ecuador Curricular reform, training of resource centre coordinators in Plymouth, teacher development through in-service training in Ecuador
1994-1999 Mexico (in conjunction with a Consortium of North Western Mexico Universities) Delivered a Bachelors programme and a Masters programme for cohorts of 20 to 25 experienced English language teachers in support of their institutional development programmes.
1998-2001 Brazil (NAPS project in Paraná state, ETTD project in Rio de Janeiro).  Set up Teacher Resource Centres.
1998-2003 Brazil (in partnership with the Casas de Cultura Britanica in Ceara and Alagoas) Training and consultancy to a series of public sector projects in the areas of teacher and trainer development
1998-2003  UK (in-house) Trained teachers from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Chile on teacher development courses held each January.
1998-2004 Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Guyana and Uruguay International Education staff delivered workshops and conference papers in these countries.
2000 Mexico (Anglo-Mexican Cultural Institute in Mexico City) Delivered part-time M Ed (English Language Teaching) as part of AMCI’s staff development programme.
2001-2003 Mexico (Anglo-Mexican Cultural Institute in Mexico City) Delivered part-time B Ed in English Language Teaching for Serving Teachers.
2003-2006 Autonomous University of Chiapas in Southern Mexico Delivering a three-year in-country M Ed programme in Trainer Development
