Please do not hesitate to contact the International Office for further information.

Step 2 – Supporting documents:
Make sure that you have attached all supporting documents to your application:
The International Office will need the following information in order to make a decision on your application:
• Academic transcripts, degree/diploma certificates (for Admissions use, all qualifications should be officially translated in English and certified)
• An English language certificate (if your education was conducted in non-English -speaking country)
• One academic reference
• Your personal statement
• Copy of your current passport
It is important that you send this information to us - either paper copies by mail or scanned and emailed - as soon as possible.

Step 3 – Offer letter
The International Office, Admissions office and relevant admissions tutors will assess your application and, if the application is complete, will endeavour to respond with a decision within five working days.

The Admissions office may ask you to complete the Fee/Residency Assessment form in order to determine your fee and residency status should this be required.

Once we receive your application, we aim to process it as quickly as we can. Once it has been processed, we will email you to let you know if you have been offered a place. We will contact you if we require further/additional information to process your application.

You will then be sent one of the following letters:
An unconditional offer – you have met the University College’s academic, language and all/any other requirements for entry.

A conditional offer – you are required to submit additional information; this could include evidence that you have completed your current qualifications, achieved an appropriate level of English (such as the IELTS/TOEFL scores that we ask for and that are also required by the UK Border Agency) or additional supporting documents such as references and a personal statement. If you do later meet all entry criteria we will send you the unconditional offer letter.

A rejection letter – you have not met the University College’s academic criteria for entry, or the University College does not think you will meet the entry requirements
Offer letters will contain the title of the programme being offered, course fees and start and end dates. Any conditions attached to the offer will be clearly detailed in the letter. Letters will be sent to the correspondence address you have given us on your application form and this may be the office of an agent you have used to assist you in applying to the University College.

Step 4 – Acceptance

If you wish to accept our offer you will be required to write to us confirming your acceptance.

Step 5 – Paying your deposit/ Sponsorship letter
If you are assessed as an international student from overseas and we make you an offer of a place, you will be asked to pay a deposit of £2,500 of your annual tuition fee to secure your place. If you are sponsored student you will need to provide the official Sponsorship letter.  We can not issue your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) until we have received this payment or the Sponsorship letter.
