Choosing where you want to study is of course a serious decision. The availability and price of accommodation is an important factor in that decision. For many, becoming a student is their first experience of living away from home. Moving to new surroundings is both exciting and sometimes a little daunting. We understand this transition and so put a great deal of effort into helping students with their accommodation.
On campus we have places for 480 students. There are 7catered Halls of Residence and 38 self-catering Village Houses.
264 single catered rooms / 16 twin catered rooms / 22 single en-suite catered rooms / 2 single en-suite catered rooms for students with mobility impairments.
121 single self catering rooms / 39 small single self catering rooms / 2 single self catering rooms for students with mobility impairmants.
Students resident on campus will not be able to bring their cars with them (except in exceptional circumstances). The University College will be providing a free local bus pass for travel to and from the City for the period from the start of term until the end of October. After this time bus passes will be available to purchase in the Shop and will be at a reduced cost.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
There are various options available to you and these include Campus accommodation, Homestay accommodation and Private off campus accommodation.
Campus students will be provided with all bed linen and towels. Your shared kitchen will be fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans.
Homestay accommodation is arranged through the International Office and they will allocate you a single study bedroom in a private home. All homestay providers live within commuting distance of UCP Marjon. You will need an allowance for public transport costs. The major advantage of living in Homestay accommodation is the opportunity to practise your English and experience living in a British home.
