Marjon Computing Services

Computing Services aims to provide and support a range of information delivery, computing based services which will further the aims and objectives of UCP Marjon and in particular enhance the educational environment for students and assist staff at all levels in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.

We are based in Room 564 in the Kirby Cudmore Foyer, telephone extension 4333. The team consists of 3 Technicians, Help-desk Supervisor, Network Manager, IT Developer, Web Co-ordinator and the IT Manager.

Computing Services provides the 1st line support for IT related problems and also the first point of contact with customers for the department.

Initial contact is achieved primarily through submitting a job via the Help Desk (just type helpdesk in to a browser) or call us on the telephone alternatively pop up and see us and we will try our best to sort out any IT problems for you.
