Further provisions for photocopying at UCP Marjon
UCP Marjon holds a CLA Higher Education Licence which allows staff and students to copy material owned by the University College as follows :
- No more than 5% of a book or one chapter
- One article from an issue of a journal or set of conference proceedings
- One short story or poem not exceeding 10 pages from an anthology
- Illustrations which form an integral part of articles or chapters
Multiple Copies
For handouts or printed course handbooks you can make enough copies for each student enrolled on a module, plus a copy for the tutor or lecturer.
Please note you may not make copies from excluded works.
You may not make copies from material sourced by Inter Library Loan unless a copyright fee has been paid.
