Once you are registered all classes are bookable 7 days in advance at the Sports Centre Reception or by calling 01752 636876, at least 6 hours cancellation notice is required

Aqua Fit £4.60
A safe and effective workout using water resistance. Great for cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Non swimmers are welcome and a pool hoist is available on request.

Body Pump £4.10
The ultimate resistance workout - this class will change the shape of your body using a specially designed barbell system. The class incorporates weights into a choreographed workout set to music and is designed to improve muscle definition and strength. This class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for both men and women.

Body Conditioning £4.10
Focusing on strength and toning exercises to sculpt all areas of the body. Set to music and using equipment this class will help you develop a strong and toned physique.

Functional Fitness £4.10
A full body workout that will simultaneously work multiple muscle groups improving your strength, endurance, coordination, balance, agility, and will leave you feeling energized! For ALL abilities and our Marjon Instructors will encourage you to work to your maximum effort with fun and challenging routines.

Group Cycle £4.10
An energetic full body cycling session that’s a great calorie burner in just 45 minutes! Riding stationary bikes, you’ll be taken through a variety of intensities, intervals and speeds. Work at your own level or really challenge yourself!

Pilates £4.60
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles. All abilities welcome.

Yoga £4.60
Friendly and relaxing adult yoga class, suitable for all abilities beginners as well as advanced. Yoga postures to develop strength, flexibility, balance, stamina and mindfullness practices to settle the mind. With a mix of Hatha Yoga sequences and poses you can expect an all body workout.
