What is personal Training?

Personal Training offers a one-on-one personal workout session with a qualified level 3 trainer, who will assist you in developing a comprehensive personal fitness program.
Whether you are just starting an exercise regime or looking for some variety. Your Personal Trainer will help you reach your goals.

When you work with a Personal Trainer, they are purely focused on you and your specific targets.

Prices vary from £25.00 per hour, with block booking discounts available.
