Marjon Plus
Marjon Plus is a non credit bearing Institutional Award which will recognise your extracurricular achievements.
All students will have the opportunity to take part in this exciting new programme to be launched with the start of the 2012 academic year. The programme has 4 steps
• Step 1: Skills Audit
The skills audit will help you to identify your current skills and target future development.
• Step 2: Gain Experience
You will begin to gain experience in areas such as work experience and volunteering, CV writing and interview techniques, as well as benefit from the opportunity for guidance and support from our Careers Service
• Step 3: Enhance Your Experience
Step 3 provides you the opportunity to now enhance your experience. This could be through gaining vocationally relevant qualifications such as first aid training and signing. Or perhaps take on more of a leadership role through volunteering, work experience or mentoring activities.
• Step 4: Completion
You will reflect back on the experience you’ve gained and the skills you’ve acquired in discussion with your personal tutor as they prepare your University reference.
