Welcome to Student Counselling & Well-being
We positively promote ways in which we can look after ourselves to ensure that we reach our full potential in life.
However, in any given period of life (e.g. university years!) things can happen that make it difficult to cope. We can help you during these times. We help you to look at things in a different way and help you to come up with strategies for getting on with your life. Some of the issues we deal with are:
- Homesickness
- Relationship problems
- Loneliness
- Stress
- Dealing with transition
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self confidence
- Trauma
