Common Problems Using this System
The Marjon Email system & Password Reset Management systems are for the sole use of staff & students of The University College Plymouth St Mark & St John. If you are not a member of the College do not attempt to log on to either system.
From a study of the error logs generated by this system, the most common problems accessing the password protected systems are:
- Using the wrong domain name (should be: MJNET on machines inside the College)
- Wrong User Name (use your College log on or student number)
- Wrong Email Address (use your Marjon Email - staffusername@marjon.ac.uk or studentnumber@student.marjon.ac.uk)
- Password already expired, all passwords expire every 120 days (use the Password Reset Manager system to change your password or contact Computing Services for help)
If you still find you are unable to use the system & advice from fellow students & lecturers doesn't help, please raise a Helpdesk call or contact Computing Services (computingservices@marjon.ac.uk) or phone on 01752 636700 extension 4333.
Always log off from your College account before changing your password.
