Placement Paperwork
This page enables you to download copies of important paperwork sent to you during the School of Sport, Physical Education & Leisure (SSPEL) placement process.
All paperwork will have initially been sent to your organisation via the person nominated to the be the students' Placement Supervisor. This area is designed to allow you to download duplicate forms, or access information regarding the administration of placements even if you haven't got a hard copy of the Information and Guidance for Placement Providers to hand.
In time we hope to be able to include electronic forms on this page. This will enable Placement Supervisors to complete and submit forms electronically thus speeding up the placement process and reducing the burden on Placement Supervisors.

This booklet provides you with information about the course the student placed with you is studying; the process for locating and finalising placements; placement paperwork and other important information. It is advisable to read this document prior to your first meeting with the student.
