PhD opportunities

Postgraduate research students at UCP Marjon will join a lively, supportive environment, where each is treated as an individual and an essential contributor to the research community.  UCP Marjon doctoral degrees are awarded by the University of Exeter, and students will benefit from access to training and research opportunities at both institutions.  (Further information on the University of Exeter's Doctoral programmes is available here.) 

Normally students will have a good UK Honours degree (2.1 Honours or international equivalent) and a Masters degree.  For programmes in Education a 4-year PhD programme is available for students who have not completed in-depth research training at Masters level. As part of your application you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have the research skills, vision and motivation to make your research project a success.
