UK government documents

UK Government documents are protected by Crown Copyright. This is similar to other copyright, except in some cases where the duration of copyright can be up to 125 years.

Some Crown Copyright materials can be freely copied provided they are properly acknowledged. These materials include National Curriculum items, Acts of Parliament, Statutory Instruments and official press releases.
