Becoming a student may be your first experience of living away from home, moving to new surroundings is exciting and a little daunting. We understand this transition and so put a great deal of effort into helping you with accommodation.
On campus we have places for 456 students in 7 Halls of Residence and 38 Village Houses, ranging in cost from £85 to £110 per week.

- 2 single en-suite catered rooms for students with mobility impairments
- 121 single self catering rooms
- 39 small single self catering rooms
- 2 single self catering rooms for students with mobility impairments
Marjon operates its campus accommodation in compliance with the practices identified in the Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing. A full version on the code of practice can be downloaded at information for students.
PARKING - Students resident on campus will not be able to bring their cars with them (except in exceptional circumstances). Bus passes will be available to purchase in the Main Reception.
INTERNATIONAL SHORT COURSE STUDENTS
International students can apply for University Approved Accommodation either on campus or living with a Homestay family off campus.
The cost is £195 including bed, breakfast and evening meal plus a bus pass where applicable.
International students will be provided with all bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment when housed on campus.
Homestay accommodation is arranged through the Accommodation Office. You will be allocated a single or shared twin bedroom in a family home. All Homestay families live within commuting distance of Marjon (this can be 40 minutes by bus). The major advantage of living with a Homestay family is the opportunity to practise your English and experience living in a British home and City.
Marjon operates its Homestay accommodation in compliance with the practices identified by the British Council.
