Visiting Lecturer - Criminology
School of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences
Having been a practising solicitor with a local firm in Plymouth, I'll be using my knowledge and experience of the English legal system to teach Crime and Criminal Justice, as well as utilising my time specialising in Employment and HR to teach the Personal and Professional Development Skills module.
Being Plymouth born and bred, I am eager to get students into a position where they are appealing candidates for recruiters both at local and national level, through demonstrating both excellent subject knowledge and clear transferrable skills.
I am a keen netball player, having played at regional level on and off from the age of 13. However, I usually find myself engrossed in any sport that’s available to watch and you’ll likely find me supporting our Marjon teams on a Wednesday afternoon in the sports centre!
