Canadian born, Judy trained in Drama at the University of Exeter. She has an extensive range of performance experience including experimental work with Platform 4 and musical theatre at the Octagon. Judy has had the pleasure of directing for the National Festival of Reminiscence, Niki McCrettons’ award-winning solo performance of Wormhole and Su Squire’s highly acclaimed devised pieces, One Voice and Choked. Other directed work includes Restless Theatre Company production of Monstrous Love and T.I.E. production of Junk Busters, performed by Blue Moon Theatre.
Judy studied Community Dance at the Laban Guild of Dance and Movement, which led to her further exploration at Laban’s International Summer School. Judy was Head of Drama and Theatre Studies as well as Program Manager of Performing Arts at two Regional 6th Form Colleges for several years before joining the Performing Arts team at Marjon.
