Chris ReedThomas

Role Summary

I have had a wide and varied career, almost all of it with a theme of education. I started teaching outdoor activities and moved into experiential learning for managers and leaders. I worked as a manager and project manager in a large utilities company and then, after a brief diversion into professional sailing and photojournalism, I started a consultancy business, working with large public and private sector organisations to design and deliver culture change projects. In 2006 I took on a role to deliver leadership development for senior staff in the HE sector and this led into academic teaching, which is where I spend most of my time now.
