The Actor's Wheel

"I challenge anyone not to be beguiled by the black magic of this young company’s adaptation... watching them perform is like stepping into a dream." (Lucy Corley - Public Reviews 4 stars - Faustus 2015).

Actor's Wheel - King Lear

2017 regional tour

King Lear

“ …how sharper than a serpent’s tooth it is to have a thankless child!”

The Actor’s Wheel return with their unique take on Shakespeare’s moving tale of a fragmented, ragged descent into madness. With achingly relevant themes that resonate powerfully with our world today, this piece is worth the travel through ‘cataracts and hurricanoes’ to see.

“Excellent work from The Actor’s Wheel. Shakespeare as you have never seen it before.”(The Winter’s Tale tour 2016)
