Question: How do I archive?

In Microsoft Outlook go to Tools>Options>Other>Select Archive and create a file of whichever folders you wish, save the file in an appropriate area and you can then add this archive data back into another install of MS Outlook.

All staff accounts in Marjon already have an automatic archive feature which moves old email to a separate archive in your mailbox (called Archive - This means you do not need to worry about archiving new email, if you have any email in old archives please move the email to your auto-archive and then close the old archive and delete it, if you need any assistance please contact the computing services team.
