Pille Pedmanson

Role Summary

Pille is a lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology and she teaches across a range of undergraduate and post-graduate sport programmes.  


Qualifications

  • MSc in Sport Psychology, Cardiff Metropolitan University
  • PGCert Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, Advance HE
  • BSc in Psychology, Swansea University
  • Currently doing a PhD at Plymouth Marjon University


Teaching

Pille teaches a range of sport psychology modules on various undergraduate and post-graduate programmes. The topics include things like motivation, confidence, performance anxiety, and athlete mental health and well-being.


Research

Pille is currently finishing her PhD looking at the behaviour change maintenance of beginner runners.
