BA Journalism and Sport Journalism

BA Journalism and Journalism (Sport Journalism) Interviews

Candidates will be selected and invited to an interview date based on their personal statement and education history.

What you should prepare:

You will take part in an interview with one of the programme lecturers that will last approximately 20 minutes.  We will be assessing your passion for the subject and some knowledge of current affairs or a subject specialism e.g. sports journalism.

You will also take part in a news day but you don’t need any prior skills or knowledge to succeed in this.  We will make a short TV news programme so bring along lots of team working skills and an interest in journalism.  We are assessing your ability to work hard and be enthusiastic about your subject.
