We don't need to book in advance to use our gym. Members just need to sign in, using their membership card. Whilst non-members can sign in and pay at the reception.

When you join Marjon Sport & Health, you will have the option of a free induction. A member of the team will show you around the gym and give you a basic understanding of the equipment. If you are in good health and are confident with gym equipment, an induction will not be required.
There is also the option to have a personal programme, where one of the team will meet with you on a 1-to-1 basis, to provide you with a programme tailored to your ability and needs, which you can then follow to help you achieve your goals. Personal programmes are £10.00.
