Other Interests

Within my role as the sport & health science officer, I provide support to a number of talented athletes from young martial artists to senior ultra endurance runners. Additionally, I engage with a number of GSCE and A-level students from across the South West via our sport science workshop for schools scheme. Alongside this role, I work as the lead sport scientist for Plymouth Argyle Football Club's youth academy, where I am responsible for seasonal testing and provision of sport specific / injury prevention programmes.
