These vibrant spaces are perfect for practical sessions, which are often supported by our business partners, and for extracurricular activities to develop your business skills, knowledge and experience.
The University is a HE Partner of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Our BSc (Hons) Business and BA (Hons) Leadership and Management for Business are both CMI accredited courses. Six months after graduating 58% of graduates from CMI accredited undergraduate courses are in professional roles, compared to 48% of graduates from non CMI accredited business courses (CMI, 2018). Our MSc Managment for a Sustainable Future includes Foundation Chartered Manager status from the CMI.
Marjon Business has nurtured and developed a number of key partnerships in the local, national and international business community. This includes membership of Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK). Though EEUK students have the opportunity to work with over 1,600 enterprise educators and practitioners from over 100 UK Higher and Further Education organisations.
We have also been awarded the Social Enterprise Mark and the University is an active member of the Plymouth Social Enterprise Network (PSEN), the organisation that represents all kinds of social enterprises in Plymouth.
