The Resident Student Assistants (RSAs) are on hand to assist with resident student wellbeing, and to help create a positive learning and living environment at Marjon. Being current students, they fully understand the concerns of resident students, and are happy to help.

Urgent matters can be reported to Campus Support by dialling 2222 from any campus landline, or 01752 636700 ext. 2222 from a mobile or external landline.
Non urgent matters, such as non emergency maintenance issues can be reported using the Marjon Helpdesk System. Please note that this system can only be accessed whilst connected to the Marjon wifi network, or on one of the University's desktop computers.
Campus Security Staff provide support between 20:00 and 08:00 seven days a week, all year round. They are based at Reception and will respond to incidents or emergencies. You will meet the Campus Support Team at your first residents meeting.
