Bio Information
Chloe Carrubba holds a BA in Acting, a PGCE in Secondary English, and an MA in Social Policy. Alongside her teaching career, she has worked professionally in film, television, and theatre, and has written original plays. Chloe specialises in teacher education, educational research, and organisational culture, with a particular interest in equity, diversity, and inclusion. She served as a Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead, supporting schools and leaders to develop inclusive practice and culture. At Marjon, Chloe lectures on the Secondary English PGCE, bringing together her background in the arts, pedagogy, and social policy to support the next generation of teachers.
