Role Summary

John Parry is a lecturer in osteopathy at Marjon, teaching across anatomy, osteopathic skills, clinical uncertainty, osteopathic therapeutics and evaluation, and academic skills. His international teaching experience enriches the learning environment, giving students a global perspective on osteopathic practice.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, beginning in acupuncture in 2005 and qualifying as an osteopath in 2012, John’s teaching is informed by his ongoing clinical work at Estuary Clinic, where he practises as an osteopath in Exeter, a multidisciplinary practice integrating manual therapy, exercise, and self-management strategies.
