Role Summary
Assisting with the general running of the 'Marjon Sport and Health Centre'.
Jobs and responsibilities include:
- Pool and plant room tests
- Setting up sports equipment
- Taking phonecalls and dealing with bookings/memberships
- Lifeguarding and lifeguard training
- Assisting with promoting the leisure centre
- Stepping up to become 'Duty Manager' in staff absences.
Qualifications
Physical Education and Sports Coaching Science BSc degree (University of Worcester)
Football Business Management and Coaching- Certificate of Higher Education (Birmingham Metropolitan College)
BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Sports Coaching, Fitness and Leisure (Stourbridge College)
RLSS UK Qualifications Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding, Intervention, Supervision and Rescue (Royal Life Saving Society)
RLSS UK Level 2 award in Automated External Defibrillator (Royal Life Saving Society)
Level 1 Award in Coaching Football (The Football Association)
