Damien is the leader for the BPS accredited BSc Psychology programme. His teaching is focused on qualitative research methods, social psychology, and behavioural science. Damien also runs the Marjon Environmental Psychology Working Group (MEP), and leads the Psychology Enhancement Programme.

Damien's teaching has a focus on research methods, social psychology and behavioural science.
Damien's research focuses on nature-connection, understandings of and relationships with nature and the natural world, and the capacity of environmental philosophy to inform worldviews and values.
