Alannah Palmer

Role Summary

Alannah started teaching at Marjon in September 2024 across the primary education programmes. She started her career teaching in East London before returning to Devon to teach in two contrasting schools in Devon. She has been a Deputy Headteacher and lead a project for the DfE to promote inclusion and accessibility to leadership positions in primary schools. She is part of the English team and is the subject tutor for PSHE. She is passionate about inclusive education, evidence based practice (specifically around cognitive science) and formative assessment.
