Role Summary

I joined the lecturing team at Marjon in September 2025 having taught on PGCE courses at other universities in the Southwest. My specialist area is primary science and I currently teach on undergraduate and PGCE courses here. When I am not at Marjon, I continue to teach part-time in a primary school. I am also the Southwest Area Mentor for the Primary Science Teaching Trust and in this role, I support other teachers in the region through training and provision of resources for primary science. My background in scientific research has led to my interest in making science accessible to children.
