We know that calling a university during Clearing can feel stressful, especially on results day. That's why our friendly Admissions advisors and student ambassadors are here to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you find a course you'll love.
Our Clearing Hotline is open from early July through to October, with extended opening hours on results day. From 8am on Thursday 13 August 2026, our team will be ready to talk through your options, answer questions about our courses, and support you in taking your next step towards university.
Whatever the outcome of your results, we'll do everything we can to help you find the right option for you.
