Today is #UniMentalHealthDay We believe that every student should feel supported through out their academic journey. We thought we would share some of our tips on how to boost your mood when you are feeling blue. Feel free to share your top tips.

So, we have lots of events going on around campus today including a drop-in session for staff and students (10am-12pm in the Snug at the Octagon). There will be free tea, coffee and toast, as well as dogs to cuddle.
