Honorary Graduate for Thursday afternoon: Hugh Borthwick Hugh is the Head of Production at @TRPlymouth. He has been the resident Production Manager at TRP for many years and has also worked on productions externally including on London's West End.
Researchers at Marjon have been working on a cross-border research programme called The FLAVOUR Project. The project has been making meals with surplus foods to promote sustainability, support people get into jobs, and help reduce food waste.
