This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) ❤️ The theme this year is loneliness. So, we are asking students and staff to make a pledge to connect. You can choose to connect with anyone in anyway. This could be a text, call or by ringing

Loneliness can affect us all. But full-time students are among those at higher risk of feeling lonely. 22% of students nationally have reported feeling lonely compared with 6% of the general adult population.
