Respect others when using names, pronouns and gender identities. Be led by them. Find fellow allies. Look for others who are also proactive in driving progress. You could join Marjon's LGBTQ+ society. https://t.co/dZ99yv8tlc

Be gender visible – state your pronouns in your email signature and when meeting people for the first time. Educate yourself. For example, if you don’t know the difference between sex and gender, find out. Listen to what LGBTQ+ people are saying.
