I study Osteopathic Medicine and we’re lucky enough to be allowed to return to Marjon for onsite learning. A few of our clinical sessions have gone virtual but I’m in the teaching clinic most of the week and we still have patients attending.
I try to tackle the day as early as possible. My study time requires a screen and I want to get outside before it gets dark. I try to walk for at least 40 minutes each day, it gives my mind a rest and I get to notice what’s going on around me. I
