Duplicate Certificates are available for students who registered for an award in the academic year 2008/2009 onwards. There is a charge of £25 for a replacement certificate. Students registered before this date should apply directly to the University of Exeter.
A Transcript details study dates, the modules studied, marks and credits awarded. There is a charge of £10 for students who received their award in the academic year 2001/2002 onwards and for any PGCE students. Students who received their award before this time will be charged £40. Additional copies ordered at the same time cost £5 per copy.
Course descriptors provide syllabus information at a module level. There is a charge of £10 per year of study for students who completed their studies in the academic year 2001/2002 onwards, and a flat charge of £40 for students who completed their studies before this time. Additional copies ordered at the same time cost £5 per copy.
We can also provide a Verification Letter. This document verifies the dates of your study, your award and classification. It is printed on letter-headed paper and signed by the Awards and Conferment's Coordinator. There is a charge of £10 for students completing their studies in the academic year 2000/2001 or later and £20 for students completing before this. Additional copies ordered at the same time are charged at £2 per copy.
We can also provide a Certified Copy of an Award Certificate for students who registered for an award for the academic year 2008/2009 onwards. This is a black and white photocopy of your certificate which has been stamped and signed by the Registry as an authentic copy. There is a charge of £10 for an initial copy, with additional copies ordered at the same time costing £2 per copy. You will need to send the original certificate to us, this will be returned with the copy.
