If you are seeking to become a counsellor/psychotherapist there is an ethical duty to aspire towards being psychologically more self-aware than that of the general population. As such, you may need to seek such support whilst undertaking this programme of study. Whilst there is a counselling service available at the University you may choose to seek this privately for which there would be fees.
