What is Uni Food Hub?

Uni Food Hub app allows you to click and collect your order when on the move, purchase meals from your table to avoid queuing or use the app to pay at each outlet. The app also has all our latest news and exclusive events on and sends exclusive offers straight to your phone!

Boost your balance by asking mum, dad or your carer to top up your funds through our e-wallet functionality. Alternatively, you can upload to your own e-wallet. Topping up is easy and can either be done with a one-off payment or by setting up a direct debit to the Uni Food Hub e-wallet.

How to download the Uni Food Hub app

It’s so quick and easy to download Uni Food Hub, just follow these four steps:  

  1. Download the Uni Food Hub app.

  1. Set up your account with your full name and your Marjon university email address, e.g., Smith@(insertmarjonuniemail).ac.uk
  2. Verify your account via your email account.
  3. Select Plymouth Marjon University and Upload your E-wallet credits to make your first order.

How to boost your balance

  1. Open Uni Food Hub app & click order please.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Open 'Wallet'
  4. Topping up yourself - Select Top up my eWallet
  5. Asking someone else - Select 'Generate and Share Payment Link' and share with the payee.

Simply enter payment details & your ready to feast!

How to order via Uni Food Hub app

  1. Ordering via Uni Food Hub is made simple, just follow these five simple steps and tuck in!
  2. Download the Uni Food Hub app and select ‘Order please!’
  3. Choose your order type and choose your food.
  4. Checkout, select your delivery/collection location and time slot.
  5. Make payment and wait until your selected time to head to the collection point.
  6. Pick up your Uni Food Hub goodies and enjoy!
