Role Summary

This research aims to identify and uncover the inherent and highly gendered inequalities experienced by those working in the health and social care sector, specifically non-registered workers. Data collection will support the co-creation of a trauma informed and person centred supervision framework alongside establishing emergent professional standards intended to raise the quality of employment in this sector and improve the wellbeing of both worker and service user. My supervisors are Professor Pam Dawson and Dr Alister McCormick.
