Undergraduate teacher training courses

If you do not yet have a degree you will need to do an undergraduate degree (i.e. a first degree) and in this case you have two options.

1. The three year Bachelor of Education (BEd) programmes are your fastest way to train to become a teacher, and every step of the course is designed to prepare you for the career as a teacher in schools. We offer three BEd degrees, all with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):

2. You can complete an undergraduate degree in any subject area and then go on to complete a one year postgraduate teaching course.
